Our Guatemalan Roasts
Guatemala’s mountains rise more than 4,000 meters above sea level, and its varied terroir produces eight distinct types of Arabica. We get our beans from the San Antonio region, where warm days are followed by cools nights that slow bean maturation and encourage a sweet, rich dark-chocolate profile.
Queen Village Spirit
A Medium Full City Roast
Medium roasts present the full flavor present in the beans. This is the most commonly used roasting degree for coffee in the U.S.
This blend was created for the beautiful Queen Village of Oneida County, which is also where we roast our gourmet blends. Take a sip and feel the hometown spirit move within you!
Freedom Park Spark
A Dark French Roast
The darker the roast, the less acidity will be found in the coffee beverage. French roast coffees are prevalent in coffee associated with the American West
Enjoy of cup of this freshly roasted coffee while remembering Camden’s heroes at Freedom Park.
Forest Park Perk
Extra Dark Spanish Roast
Dark roasted coffee beans are dark brown in color, like chocolate, or sometimes almost black. They have a sheen of oil on the surface, which is usually evident in the cup when the dark roast coffee is brewed. Coffee brewed from Spanish roasted beans will have none of the natural characteristics inherent in the green bean. Instead, the coffee will have a thin body and a dominant charred taste throughout.
This extra dark Spanish roast is just the perk you want for a leisurely stroll through Camden’s beautiful Forest Park.
